Week 3 of Thrive Training Bootcamp

Joined Thrive Training Bootcamp Three weeks ago. Trainer Sasha Rochon has been building core, cardio & muscle on this frame! Great workouts so far and amazing what two weeks of two sessions a week can do in a short time. Been feeling stronger, increased alertness and greater flexibility this week. Last week was tough but felt great today with the one hour session. Seven more sessions to go in my package!
