The Simplicity of Back to Basics

With a health issue at a hand recently, rest and time off for healing has been the priority above everything. The stop and unload to only the minimum strategy is one we always force on ourselves when there is a breakdown. And then we heal. We are back to basics. Light tasks and minimal tasks are only ones done. Sleeping, eating, resting are the only basic activities to focus on. Only when we walk can we begin to run. Strength seems to recover from the basics. Cheers to our body healing with simplicity and the philosophy of less is more.
